He is confident in his own resume, obtaining quantifiable results for his clients year after year, and has established a reputation for himself as a tenacious advocate for personal relationships and hands-on management of the most intricate projects. Bob envisioned a firm that positioned itself as a trusted advisor to every client for whom his firm provided services, where many of the clients had brought him in to turn around failing implementations and revive project goals and timelines.

Robert Mallia is a principal of bzonn, LLC, a consulting firm that provides Microsoft Dynamics software and implementation services to Fortune 500 organizations across many industries, including development, training and support. Prior to his current position, he created and led Zuma Technologies, a Sage Software partner and recognized experts in the MAS 90/200 application. He has also worked with most other ERP and CRM applications in the mid market and consulted on very large application evaluation projects.

My resume highlights my background in senior level, value-added solution-based sales and senior level business management. Over the past two decades, I was able to manage global accounts and enterprise-wide projects for critical systems while maintaining a 100% client retention rate.

I am an excellent communicator, able to deliver effective messages both verbally and in writing. My organizational and time management skills are excellent and I am able to meet deadlines and prioritize projects effectively and I am the person who gets the job done on time and within budget. Above all I have a thorough understanding of sales theory and a knack for employing various strategies to achieve success and I am the first one to roll up my sleeves as a hands-on facilitator.
